Conviction Core is live. Edge, Global and Pulse are named, scoped, and not
built yet — so there is nothing to join, no waitlist, and no allocate button
on any of the three. When one opens, it will appear here with its own
composition and its own risks written out.

Conviction Core
One forensic-first book of Indian small, micro and select mid caps. The
accounts are read for trouble before anything else — related-party flows,
pledged promoter holdings, receivable stretch, auditor changes. Most names
never make it past that read, and that is the point.
Every name gets a written thesis, published before the trade.
Not after. That ordering is the whole integrity claim: it removes the option
to quietly edit the reasoning once the price has moved. Positions are held
months to years, until the thesis breaks. This is not a trading product.

Minimum₹5,00,000a modelling floor, not a sales gate
These are the model's targets, not a claim about outcomes. Where the book
actually sits today is shown below.
Where the book actually sits
Equity deployed — target 90.0%49.84%
Cash — target 10.0%50.16%
Red is below the model weight, amber is above it. Micro, small and mid are
each under target — together by 40.16 percentage
points. The per-bucket split is not published on this page.
Half the book is sitting in cash, and that is deliberate.
Cash is 50.16% against a 10%
target. Capital is committed only when a name has cleared the forensic read and
the price is one we are willing to pay; when nothing clears, the money waits.
The rule that keeps this honest is that cash above target has to be explained by
a named constraint — nothing qualified, liquidity failed, risk budget is full —
never left there by default. An under-deployed book is a real state, and it is
shown here as-is rather than smoothed away.
The minimum
Why Core starts at ₹5,00,000
It is not a status filter. Below that size, whole-share rounding swamps the
model — you end up owning a rounding error rather than the book.
One share, at a ₹2,00,000 allocation
You cannot buy two-thirds of a share. At ₹2,00,000 the smallest whole share
available lands at roughly half its intended weight — about a
50% tracking error on that one line, before any
view on the company is even tested.
The granularity problem
A model weight is only real if the book can actually be built to it.
Indian equities trade in whole shares, and a single share of a smaller
company can be a meaningful slice of a small account. The smaller the
account, the coarser every position becomes — and the further the book
drifts from the thing that was written down.
At ₹5,00,000 that same share is a much smaller fraction of the book, so
rounding lands near the model instead of on top of it. The floor exists so
that what a member holds resembles what was published. Nothing more.
The ₹2,00,000 figures above are an illustration of share granularity, not
a statement about any outcome.
Concentration is a choice, and a risk
Core runs 11 positions. A concentrated book means
a single broken thesis matters. Micro caps compound that: they are less
liquid and can be difficult to exit at any sensible price when you want
out. Position sizes are set against that constraint, not against
enthusiasm.
Execution
How a basket is actually held
Members keep their own broker account. Money is never pooled into a common
vehicle, and no order is placed without the member approving it first.
1
Your broker stays yours
The account is in your name and stays in your name. Money never pools —
there is no common fund, no shared wallet, and no balance held on your
behalf. Cash leaves your account at settlement, the way it does on any
trade you place yourself.
2
You approve every order
Each order is presented to you before it exists at the exchange. Nothing is
placed without your approval. If you decline, nothing happens — and your
book simply diverges from the model, which is a trade-off you are allowed
to make.
3
Approved orders route via API
Once approved, the order is placed through your connected broker over their
API. The connection carries approved instructions and nothing else. You can
always see the same positions in your broker's own app.
4
Invitation, then paperwork
Access is by invitation: a single-use code, valid 30
days. A separate legal agreement is signed via DocuSign before anything
starts. There is no self-serve path around either step.

Three baskets that do not exist yet
Named and scoped, nothing more. There is no composition to show, no minimum
set, and no way to allocate. Each one carries a risk that is specific to it —
worth reading now, because it will not change when they open.

Conviction Edge
Derivatives.
Its specific risk
Leverage cuts both ways: losses on a derivative position are not capped at
the amount committed, and contracts expire — being early is
indistinguishable from being wrong once time runs out.
No minimum set · not accepting members
Coming soonconviction-global
Conviction Global
US-listed equity, held through the LRS route.
Its specific risk
Currency sits on top of equity risk — a holding can fall in dollar terms
and in rupee terms at the same time. Remittance limits, cross-border tax
treatment and slower settlement all apply before any view on a company
does.
No minimum set · not accepting members
Coming soonconviction-pulse
Conviction Pulse
Systematic momentum.
Its specific risk
Momentum reverses without warning. A rules-based book keeps buying strength
right into the turn, trades far more often than Core, and its worst periods
tend to arrive all at once rather than spread out.

Scroll sideways to see every column. All four share the same execution model:
your own broker account, money never pooled, and every order approved by you
before it is placed.
You can lose money here, permanently.
Equities fall, and small and micro caps fall harder — they are thinly traded,
volatile, and a position can become difficult to exit at any sensible price
exactly when you most want to. A thesis published before the trade is still a
thesis, and it can be wrong. Part or all of what you commit can be lost, and
nothing on this page is a recommendation to buy any security.
